Our story

Founded in July 2026, in West Jakarta.

PT Visi Solaris Indonesia was established on 17 July 2026 by deed of establishment No. 09 of Notary Aulia Abdi, S.H., M.Kn. The Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia ratified the company on 22 July 2026 under SK AHU-0057933.AH.01.01.Tahun 2026. The company is domiciled in West Jakarta.

Benard Poernomo and William Sutioso founded the company to be a dependable partner for businesses and industry that need equipment and electrical installation matched to what they actually require.

What we do

Materials and installation for EPC contractors and industrial buyers.

We distribute solar PV materials and electrical equipment, and install low-voltage electrical networks. Our customers are EPC contractors, industrial companies, property developers and building owners.
